Teen Ministry

The goal of the Teen Ministry is to develop teens ages 13-17 spiritually and in fellowship. The ministry strives to connect our youth with one another, with Christian youth beyond the doors of White Rock in a way that helps them to grow in Christ, share in God’s Word, and offer themselves in service to the Kingdom to honor God. Teen Bible study is an integral part of this ministry.

Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”  1 Timothy 4:12

The purpose of the Teen Ministry is to develop a community of Christian teens (ages 13-18) who experience the joy of a relationship with God, who recognize God’s purpose for their lives, and who seek to know God more. We offer a comprehensive program of youth educational and spiritual activities.

To nurture the teens within our church family, the White Rock Baptist Church Teen Ministry (formerly called the Youth Ministry) is focused on providing opportunities for teens to build stronger relationships first and foremost with God and secondly to build a strong networks of Christian friends with which to stand.
