We are excited to invite you to the 2026 Leadership Summit on March 21, 2026, from 8 am to 12 pm at WRBC. Our theme is Sending Workers Into The Harvest.
Building on our 2025 Leadership Summit, God is opening the door for us to move into the hearts and homes of the people in the surrounding community. The Lord is positioning us to become a special place where we inspire thousands of families to raise the standard of Christ through sacred worship, strengthening family foundations, and transforming lives through outreach, service, and relevant sharing of the gospel.
Working toward this destination will require all of us to use our unique gifts and talents for His glory. Here is the agenda for the day:
8-8:30 am | Full Breakfast
8:30-9:00 am | Charge: What The Lord Wants from Us (Pastor Stephens)
9:00-9:30 am | Cultivate: Becoming Conduits for Christ (Dea. Kurt/Outreach Ministry)
9:30-11:30 | Commit: Changing Mindsets to Change Community (Cluster Breakout Sessions)
