2025 Emergency Assistance Program

This is a program of Emergency Assistance (gas, water, oil, electric (with cut-off notices or rent eviction notices) for those in need.
- Applicants must bring evidence of a delinquent bill such as cut-off notices or eviction notices on company letterhead. Handwritten notices will not be accepted nor will bills be accepted on cell phones. No exceptions!
- The delinquent bill must be in the name of the applicant (no exceptions)
- Assistance will be limited to $150 for one utility bill or rent payment per household.
- Applications will be considered on a yearly basis once every 12 months.
- Payments will be made directly to the utility company or landlord.
- We do not make appointments. Any one needing help should arrive in-person on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 8:30 am until 11:00 am. This is a first come, first serve basis and only in-person applicants.
